Using the platform
Use the public study experience lawfully and respectfully. Do not interfere with the platform, defeat access controls, or misrepresent KJV Visualized materials as your own.
Electronic delivery request
By checking the purchase acknowledgment and completing Stripe Checkout, the buyer requests immediate electronic delivery after verified payment and accepts that access is issued through an expiring entitlement link rather than a permanent public file URL.
Digital resources
Purchases grant the selected license; they do not transfer copyright, trademark rights, resale rights, source-file ownership, or unrestricted redistribution rights.
Sanctuary Credits
Sanctuary Credits are closed-loop purchasing credits for eligible CrownThrive-owned digital goods. They are not cash, cannot be withdrawn, exchanged for money, or used for Partner Circle seller purchases. Eligible settled cash-purchased principal may be gifted to another verified My Sanctuary account under source, age, and velocity limits; promotional, bonus, referral, received, disputed, and held value remains nontransferable.
Sanctuary Access Plans
Optional Individual, Family Table, Pastor and Teacher, Church and School, and Partner Builder plans renew monthly or annually through Stripe until canceled. Scripture reading, Bible Desk sync, bookmarks, private notes, highlights, reading history, and wishlist access remain free. Signed Stripe events—not a browser return page—activate plan access. Plan credits are promotional, non-cash, nontransferable, and excluded from Partner Circle seller checkout. Future renewal can be managed through the Stripe Customer Portal.
V6 booklets and room libraries
V6 digital publications are independently identified editions with public page-limited previews, a protected master PDF, checksum, purchase or member-claim record, selected license, and revision trace. A plan may include an eligible room edition without a second product checkout; cancellation stops future claims after the paid-through period but does not silently erase a previously granted license record.
Children's publications
Children's coloring and activity booklets are designed for purchase, selection, and use by an adult caregiver, teacher, or accountable ministry leader. They do not create child accounts, promise developmental or spiritual outcomes, or replace safeguarding, accessibility, educational, or professional judgment.
AI and automation
Automation may organize public data, assist preparation, or propose a permission-checked workflow. It may not silently rewrite Scripture, impersonate divine or pastoral authority, approve doctrine, publish a seller product, grant a role, move funds, adjust credits, or disclose private account information without the applicable human authorization and server-side permission.
Accounts and developer keys
Sign in with ChatGPT identifies the account owner. The buyer is responsible for securing license keys and API keys. API access is scoped, rate-limited where appropriate, auditable, and may be revoked for abuse, attempted access-control bypass, or license violations.
Creator Commerce
Authenticated United States creators may enroll a public Creator Commerce profile and submit work to the separate Partner Circle Shop. The connected-seller model uses USD destination charges, a disclosed 30% CrownThrive commission on product subtotal, a 70% seller share before Stripe fees or adjustments, Stripe-hosted identity and payout onboarding, and ordinary cash payment. Connected-seller products never accept Sanctuary Credits. Each seller product remains blocked until Stripe transfer and payout capabilities, product rights, immutable edition, delivery, refund, dispute, webhook, and settlement gates all pass.
Internal Partner Circle
Any internal partner reward is promotional Sanctuary Credit only. It is closed-loop, nontransferable, nonwithdrawable, not cash, not a wage, and never a promise of earnings. A partner application, approval, eligible first-party order, verified attribution, self-referral check, refund review, and an append-only ledger are required before a reward becomes available. Connected-seller products are excluded.
Transaction record
The Stripe transaction may record the resource identifier, title, selected license, product and terms versions, electronic-delivery method, order reference, policy URLs, support contact, and webhook-fulfillment requirement. Raw payment-card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored by KJV Visualized.
Independent property
KJV Visualized is an independent CrownThrive/The Sermon Toolkit property and is not an official denominational publication or endorsement.
